Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Platform Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and PromptHelp.Directory (“PromptHelp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

PromptHelp is an online directory for AI prompts, JSON prompts, AI Loops, AI services, tools, job listings, talent profiles, advertisements, and related resources. Some listings are free, while featured placement, advertising, job and talent listings, and other services may require payment.

2. Eligibility, Accounts and Good Standing

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account, submit a listing, or purchase a service.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity conducted through your account. An account is considered in good standing when its information is accurate, its payments are current, its submissions comply with these Terms, and it has no unresolved or repeated policy violations.

3. Content and Listing Submissions

These rules apply to prompts, JSON prompts, AI Loops, profiles, descriptions, images, links, advertisements, and any other material you submit (“Submitted Content”).

• You must own your Submitted Content or have all rights and permissions necessary to publish it.
• Your submission must be accurate, functional as described, and not deceptive, copied, unsafe, illegal, or designed to harm users or systems.
• You remain responsible for your Submitted Content and for reviewing it before submission.
• You grant PromptHelp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, categorize, display, distribute, and promote your Submitted Content in connection with PromptHelp.
• You may request removal of your content, but removal does not affect rights already exercised or records we must retain for legal, billing, security, or dispute purposes.

Review and placement

All submissions are subject to review. PromptHelp may approve, reject, request changes to, recategorize, suspend, or remove a listing when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, maintain directory quality, or comply with law. Purchasing placement does not guarantee approval, traffic, clicks, leads, sales, rankings, or any other result.

4. Job Listings and Talent Profiles

PromptHelp is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, or party to any relationship between employers and applicants. Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, hiring practices, and linked application pages. Talent-profile owners are responsible for the accuracy of their qualifications, experience, availability, and linked résumé or portfolio.

PromptHelp does not guarantee that a job, employer, applicant, talent profile, résumé, or external opportunity has been independently verified. Users should conduct their own due diligence before applying, hiring, sharing personal information, or entering into an agreement.

5. Advertisements, Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services

PromptHelp may display paid advertisements, sponsored placements, affiliate links, and links to third-party websites or AI services. Paid or affiliate relationships will be identified where required. We may receive compensation when a user clicks or purchases through certain links.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. PromptHelp does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, products, content, or actions. An advertisement, directory listing, or affiliate relationship is not a guarantee or endorsement.

6. Paid Services and Placement

The features, price, billing period, and placement included with a paid service are those shown on the applicable plan page and order summary at the time of purchase. Paid services may include Standard, Featured, Spotlight, advertising, job, talent, monthly, or annual options.

• Featured, Spotlight, and advertising positions are limited and remain subject to availability and approval.
• Placement may begin after PromptHelp approves the submitted content and required materials.
• If revisions are required, the purchaser is responsible for providing corrected material promptly.
• PromptHelp may adjust presentation, dimensions, excerpts, or categorization to fit the directory while preserving the substance of the approved listing.
• Performance is not guaranteed, including impressions, views, clicks, engagement, leads, conversions, sales, applications, or hires.

7. Billing and Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize PromptHelp and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the price and billing schedule disclosed in your order summary.

• Monthly plans renew every 30 days until canceled.
• Annual plans renew annually until canceled.
• If a plan includes an introductory price or a different renewal price, both will be disclosed before purchase.
• Unless otherwise disclosed, a subscription renews at the same recurring price shown at checkout.
• Taxes may be added when required.

We may change future pricing by providing notice before the new price applies. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and suspend or remove the related paid benefits until payment is resolved.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel automatic renewal through your account dashboard or by contacting support@prompthelp.directory. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Paid benefits remain available through that period unless the account or listing is removed for a violation.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused time. If PromptHelp cannot deliver an approved paid placement for reasons within our control, we may provide a replacement placement, account credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us first if you believe a charge is incorrect. We may suspend services associated with fraudulent payments, abusive chargebacks, or unresolved payment disputes and may provide relevant order, access, and usage records to the payment processor.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use PromptHelp to:

• Submit content you do not own or have permission to share.
• Publish false, misleading, plagiarized, fraudulent, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal, or deceptive material.
• Impersonate another person or business or misrepresent qualifications, affiliations, performance, or results.
• Upload malware, malicious instructions, credential-harvesting content, or material intended to damage systems or users.
• Manipulate views, clicks, rankings, reviews, applications, or other engagement measurements.
• Send spam, scrape the site, bypass access controls, interfere with operation, or misuse platform data.
• Use PromptHelp or its content in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.

10. Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints

PromptHelp’s branding, logo, site design, organization, software, and original materials are owned by PromptHelp or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Ownership of Submitted Content remains with the submitter, subject to the license granted in these Terms.

If you believe content on PromptHelp infringes your intellectual-property rights, email support@prompthelp.directory with identification of the protected work, the disputed content and its location, your contact information, and a statement explaining your rights.

11. AI Content, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Prompts, JSON prompts, AI Loops, tools, and other directory content are provided for informational purposes. AI services can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unsafe, or unexpected results. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and should not rely on directory content or AI output as legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

PromptHelp is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, listing performance, AI results, employment outcomes, and third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptHelp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or goodwill; AI-generated results; third-party conduct; or decisions based on directory content.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PromptHelp harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your Submitted Content, your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your infringement of another party’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Suspension, Termination and Changes

PromptHelp may suspend or terminate an account, remove content, or discontinue paid benefits for a material or repeated violation of these Terms, fraud, nonpayment, security risk, legal requirement, or conduct that could harm users or the platform. When reasonable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

We may update these Terms as PromptHelp develops. Material changes will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date and, when required, additional notice. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
