If you create an account, you are responsible for its security and agree to provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. The platform does not provide direct user-to-user messaging.

6. AI Prompt Disclaimer

Prompts shared on PromptHelp.Directory may be user-submitted or community-contributed, are provided “as is,” and may produce varied or unpredictable AI outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, or performance of prompts.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with payment processors; hosting, analytics, and security vendors; legal authorities when required; and successors in a merger or acquisition.

8. GDPR Rights (EU/EEA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent.

9. CCPA / CPRA Rights (California)

Stripe Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or process credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.

Stripe may collect payment method information, billing address, transaction details, and device and fraud-prevention data. Stripe’s handling of personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy. By completing a transaction, you agree to Stripe’s processing in accordance with applicable laws and Stripe’s terms.

Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Billing may be monthly or annual, and all charges are processed through Stripe.

Failed Payments

We may automatically retry failed charges. Paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved, and continued failure may result in account termination.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, access continues until then, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
